Shipping Information

Shipping orders is done via DHL. In principle, "ordered today, delivered tomorrow" applies. However, we cannot guarantee this, though in 99% of cases, it holds true.

For domestic shipping, we apply the following shipping costs:

• Packages up to 30 kg – €7.95 (including VAT)
  (These shipping costs do not apply to customers with wholesale prices. For them, the shipping costs are €8.23 excl. VAT for packages up to 30 kg.)

We always choose the best shipping method, which means small orders may be sent as a mailbox package. This does not affect the calculated shipping/administration costs.

For large, heavy, and/or bulky items, shipping costs will be provided separately upon request.

Additionally, for non-wholesale customers, we require a minimum order amount of €17.50 (including VAT).

Free Shipping:

• Retail customers receive free shipping on orders of €150 or more (within the Netherlands).
• Wholesale customers receive free shipping on orders of €290 or more (excl. VAT).
• This only applies to domestic shipments.
• Shipping costs are never refunded.

Shipments to Belgium:

• Packages up to 30 kg – €15.67 (including VAT) (€12.95 excl. VAT).
